申請方式      

  • 養護名額：140名。
    服務對象：
    1. 凡本國籍因癱瘓或罹患長期慢性病致生活不能自理、需人照顧者。
    2. 凡罹患法定傳染性疾病（如開放性肺結核、梅毒、B肝、疥瘡、阿米巴痢疾及桿菌性痢疾）、精神疾病，需治療完成，始得申請入住。

    申請辦法
    1. 公費：由戶籍所在地鄉鎮市區公所申請轉介。
    2. 自費：由本人或親屬向本中心申請。
